Loft Resumes is figured it out. They’ve found the perfect balance between professional and creative. Enough to get your resume to noticed my a potential employer, but not so distracting that an employer would think that your trying to distract them from your lack of abilities.
And their “Why Loft” section is unfortunately true. They truly understand that while this can help you stand out, if it lacks content, its worth nothing. Check out their website, and maybe they design one for you, or you can gather some ideas and make your own.
P.S. in my person opinion a picture adds no value - and I just say that because working in HR I’ve seen so many resumes with photos and it never makes me like them…
