I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of oatmeal. I still wake up every morning excited to have some oatmeal for breakfast… especially now that its cold outside. Last year for National Oatmeal Month, I talked all about:
- Carrot Cake oatmeal
- Banana Bread oatmeal
- Pear Vanilla oatmeal
- Apple Pie oatmeal
- Peanut Butter Honey oatmeal
- Sweet Potato Pie oatmeal
But then of course I have to celebrate national oatmeal day on October 29th with some:
- Brown Sugar Roasted Fig oatmeal
- Oatmeal Brulee
- Coconut Cookie Dough oatmeal
- Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Bites
- Oatmeal Raisin Sandwich Cookies
So the question is what am I gonna share with you now???
Well first off. I have become slightly in love with this pre-made oatmeal. Plus, Bob Harper (from Biggest loser- and fellow vegan) endorses it, so what’s not to love?
But don’t you dare think I’m gonna just cop out there…

I know, I know, I feel your pain. I don’t know what recipe to celebrate with first either!! I mean, January is all about be healthy, and all these recipes are pretty good for you. I guess I should start with some oatmeal cookies.
